This is the pant that Grease Point Workwear was built on. A fit with room to move up top and a slightly tapered leg, giving you a cut that’s fitted without being restrictive. Designed with work in mind, but without cutting corners on any component or detail.

Like everything we make, each pair is cut, sewn, and finished entirely in our Portland workshop by our small team. We build them from the best materials we can find, while putting the utmost care into every design from the first idea to the last stitch. Nothing is outsourced, and nothing without purpose.

- Turn-of-the-century workwear inspired front pockets
- Heavy canvas pocket bags
- Double thick belt loops
- One piece fly
- Double needle waistband attachment
- Knife/tool pockets on right and left thigh (fits most standard cell phones with a case)

MATERIALS
- 14.5 oz selvedge denim - Japan
- 12 oz brown canvas pocket bags and back pocket liners from Mt. Vernon Mills, USA
- Sewn with tex 80 thread from A&E - North Carolina, USA
- Raw copper rivets from YKK
- Raw copper, two prong tack buttons from YKK
- Domestically sourced veg tan leather patch on back waistband

FABRIC NOTES
14.5 oz selvedge denim: Stiff at first, but breaks in nicely and is quite durable. Wash cold hang dry. This fabric is sanforized (preshrunk).

All pants come standard with a 36" inseam. Hemmed pants CANNOT be returned, but we are happy to hem them for you. If you would like them hemmed, leave your inseam length at checkout (whole numbers only between 28"-35").

Stopped by the new retail store today as I have always wanted to see these in person...tried them, loved them, and left with them hemmed to my perfect length. Amos is super cool and couldn't be happier with the fabric, the cut, and the fit. Will definitely be back for more in different fabrics.

I thought it was going to be quite hard to justify to my wife spending a few hundred dollars on 1 pair of jeans. But when you factor in the quality and the fact that it’s made right here at home by some awesome dudes operating a small business, it’s definitely worth it. Sure, you could spend a 100$ for a fairly decent pair of pants, but let’s be honest, they all fall a part in less than a year. I haven’t had these very long but I can tell they will easily last my lifetime. I literally were them everyday and get compliments on them daily. Sounds cheesy but they’ve honestly become an extension of myself. I did wash and delicately dry mine a couple of times because I like a little tighter fit. Couldn’t be happier.

I wanted to love this company, but my experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was hesitant to spend $380 on a pair of work pants, but I decided to go for it because I had heard good things about them. The 34/35 jeans I received actually measured out to a size 32 waist. They admitted the manufacturing error and made me a new pair. (They would’ve charged me a 15% remaking fee if it was my error. I wasn’t offered any sort of discount or credit for the hassle). The next pair I received measured out to a size 33 waist according to their spec sheet. They’re getting closer, but still not the 34 that I ordered two months ago. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

These are absolutely the best jeans I have ever owned. I screwed up sizing the first pair, but it was absolutely worth it to order again. The cut and style is incredibly unique, and they look and feel amazing. I've worn tons of Japanese jeans (Momotaro, Pure Blue Japan, Iron Heart, Studio D'Artisan, etc), and I am replacing them all with Grease Point Work Jeans. Holy moly. I got the 16 oz, and I was slightly worried they'd be too heavy for me, but no, they are perfect. The construction and care and attention to detail, the quality of materials, the quality of construction, everything is A+. I wore them for the first time last weekend when I helped a friend build a shed, and they broke in and felt great very quickly. Grease Point Workwear is a wonderful company to work with. I purchased my first pair of Work Jeans a little over a year ago to return to forestry after a bad injury to my ankle. I must use a special device on my leg in order to walk and the measurements of my leg with the device made it very difficult to find pants that fit me, looked good, met my practical needs as a forester, and my leg, and were raw denim. I was overwhelmed with joy to find Grease Point Workwear. I am frequently asked what kind of pants I am wearing. I now own 5 pair of work jeans. Each pair of jeans I own exhibit their special attention to detail, artistry and a tribute to a time when workwear was dependable. I hike miles a day through rough terrain, fire scars, dense brush and blackberries. I put my pants through a lot of turmoil and they are up for the task. In addition to how great Grease Point Workwear’s products are, they are equally a wonderful company to work with. Sending in repairs are timely, they have wonderful communication and they make everything simple all while being extremely fair and reasonable.
