Only clothes we make
Repairs are something we like to offer as a way to extend the life of your garment and add value to your investment. We don’t have the resources to repair garments made by other manufacturers. There are a number of independent companies that do clothing and denim repair for all brands. We recommend Indigo Proof for repairing other brands clothing.
Send an email request for repair
Before sending your garment in for repair, email info@greasepointworkwear.com with some photos of what you would like repaired. We’ll get back and approve your repair. Sending them in sooner rather than later is better. If you wait to send them in until they’re totally thrashed, they might be too far gone for us to repair.
You pay shipping plus a nominal repair fee
Our repairs are low cost compared to most independent denim repair companies, but it does take time and resources so there is a fee. The repair fee is typically $45-$60 depending on how extensive the repair is (which includes return shipping), and is best paid via PayPal, or by including a check in the box with your pants.
Please wash your jeans... so we don't have to
PLEASE wash your jeans prior to sending them in for repair. This probably sounds obvious to most of you, but you wouldn't believe how foul some of the pants we have received for repair have been (seriously).
- Unroll your cuffs and get all the hairballs out
- Put them in the washing machine (with detergent please).
- Hang dry.
