Sizing Guide
Men's Sizing (Bottoms)
Please use this guide and take the time to measure a pair of well-fitting pants.
1) It's important to understand that most pants will measure 1"-3" larger than the number on the tag size.
2) We have found that this formula gets the best sizing results.
A) Measure the waist of a pair of jeans that are broken in and fit you well.
B) Subtract 2"........ That's it! This is the size you should order from us.
Example: Your favorite jeans measure 16.5" across. Next, double it to get the full waist measurement: 33", then subtract 2". We recommend ordering size 31".
TIP! you’re more likely to under-measure than over-measure your waist. Line up the front and back waistband and pull from either side flat and tight over your tape measure instead of laying the tape on top of the pants (see video above for reference). The idea is to try to take the largest measurement you can by taking any slack out of the waistband when you're measuring.
Sizing FAQ
Why do I subtract 2”?
The reason we subtract 2” is because our sizing runs 1” larger than the tag size and since all of our fabrics are raw and sanforized (preshrunk) they will stretch about 1” after break in. So a tag size 31 will come measuring 32” at the waist and will be snug at first but will stretch out to 33” after aa few days of wearing them.
How should my pants fit when I first try them on?
They should feel a little snug in the waist and a little long in the inseam. After a few days of wearing them the waist will stretch out to be comfortable, and after a couple washes the inseam will shrink about an inch.
I have a pair of pants from another brand that I want to use for sizing reference. Can I just use the measurements off of their size chart?
It's best to actually measure the pants yourself to remove any added potential for error.
What if I'm between sizes, or just want a more relaxed fit?
We recommend sizing up in this case.
Will you hem my pants for me?
Yep! We're happy to hem them to your desired length. There's a place to leave hemming requests at checkout. We recommend adding 1" to desired inseam length to account for a little shrinkage.
***Please be advised that hemmed pants cannot be returned or exchanged. ***
Do you do custom sizing?
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate any custom sizing requests besides hemming.
