Returns/Exchanges

Doggonnit! You got your GP gear and it doesn't fit? This guide will help you out. 


PREORDER ITEMS

  1. Preorder items are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. 
  2. Unworn within 14 days of receipt: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, hemmed, washed, or altered in any way. 
  3. Exchange authorization: If you would like to initiate an exchange please email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization.
  4. Return Shipping: If you would like a return shipping label, we can email you one for $15 (domestic returns only, paid via PayPal). Or mail your order back to:

IN STOCK ITEMS

  1. In-stock items can be returned minus a $30 restocking fee (this just helps us recoup our shipping costs). If an item is in-stock it can be returned and you will receive a refunded minus a $30 restocking fee.
  2. Exchanges accepted minus $30 restocking fee. If an item is in-stock it can be exchanged for different size or style, or redeemed for store credit with a $30 restocking fee (restocking fee to be paid via PayPal)
  3. Unworn within 14 days of receipt: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, hemmed, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. Return Shipping: Domestic orders will be provided a free return shipping label upon request. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
  5. Return/exchange authorization: If you would like to initiate a return/exchange on an in-stock item, email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.
