Returns/Exchanges

Doggonnit! You got your GP gear and it doesn't fit? This guide will help you out. 


PREORDER ITEMS

  1. Are eligible for size exchange or store credit. 
  2. Unworn within 14 days of receipt: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, hemmed, washed, or altered in any way. 
  3. Exchange authorization: If you would like to initiate an exchange please email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization.
  4. Return Shipping: If you would like a return shipping label, we can email you one for $15 (domestic returns). Or mail your order back to:

IN STOCK ITEMS

  1. Returns accepted minus $30 restocking fee. If an item is in stock it can be returned/refunded minus a $30 restocking fee.
  2. Unworn within 14 days of receipt: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, hemmed, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. Return Shipping: Domestic orders will be provided a free return shipping label upon request. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
  4. Return authorization: If you would like to initiate a return on an “in-stock” item, email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.
