Cancellations

START by sending us an email to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. info@greasepointworkwear.com

If we have already started making your order: We do not allow cancellations.

If we have not started your order: you can cancel your order, however we politely request that you allow us to refund you minus 4% credit card processing fees. Credit card fees are not refunded to the seller by Paypal, Stripe etc. This means that if we don’t pass that expense onto the customer, we end up with a 4% fee (often $15 per garment).

If we have to cancel your order for some reason on our end: we will of course refund the full amount of your purchase.
